Shipping Options (U.S.)

- Standard — 3–5 business days (UPS/USPS)
- Express — 2–3 business days (UPS)
- Priority — 1–2 business days (UPS)
Express & Priority: Order by 12PM ET for same-day processing.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Lost or Stolen
If your tracking shows “Delivered,” please allow up to 4 business days, as packages may still arrive shortly after being marked delivered.
If you still haven’t received your order, check around your delivery location and contact us at hello@prettykittyklub.com for assistance.
If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, reach out and we’ll help investigate.
